Delivery and shipping

Rani bageria will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Delivery times from stock articles may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered, though the latest within 30 days from order date.

Exchanges and returns

Items purchased on www.ranibageria.com are eligible for free return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@ranibageria.com

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

All products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

When returning by mail, please make sure to return the shoes/accessory item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

Preorder items and sale items are excluded from returns.

We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Taxes and duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Import taxes will be added according to your country’s tax rate at customs outside the European Union. The tax rate of the shipping destination will be due at customs when the purchase enters your country. The customer is liable to cover any applying import taxes.

Non acceptance of parcels

Rani bageria will not pay for the return of parcels that have been refused delivery for whatever reason. Arrangements must be made immediately on placing an order for goods to be accepted at the delivery address by yourself/the recipient or by their appointed agent.

Reservation of proprietary rights

The merchandise legally belongs to Rani Bageria as long as the whole purchase price has not yet been paid.

Damaged items

In case you receive a damaged item from us, please e-mail us immediately and we will exchange the item within 14 days.

After 14 days you loose all warranty claims for obvious defects.

All sizes are in EU/IT and have a wide cut for women.
We advise to men to choose one size above their regular size.
