AT - GLS € 4.00, 1-3 working days

DE - GLS € 10.45, 1-7 working days

EU - GLS  € 12.30 - € 22.00 depending on country 3-7 days

International - Fedex Express Saver € 35.00,  7+ working days

Shipping fees will be added at checkout. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

If you happen to be in Vienna you can also pick up your order at our store. Choose local pickup in the checkout process and we contact you when your order is ready.


Exchanges and returns

First of all, to avoid returns we are happy to help you choosing the right item. You are welcome to contact us at info@ranibageria.com.

All items purchased on www.ranibageria.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery free of charge. Please inform us via a short note to info@ranibageria.com to receive a return label. 

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. 

We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

You will get a full refund of the goods through your initial payment channel.

 

Taxes and duties in the European Union

 

Taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Taxes and Duties International (USA, UK, Switzerland...)

 

Import taxes will be added according to your country’s tax rate at customs. The tax rate of the shipping destination will be due at customs when the purchase enters your country. The customer is liable to cover any applying import taxes.

 

Returns from International (USA, UK, Switzerland...)

 

Please make sure to fill out the custom declaration for "return goods" and state the value of the item you are returning. Due to new EU regulations the waybill (postal receipt) needs to be attached to the outside of the parcel, otherwise extra charges may apply.
