Refunds

To Return an item please drop a short note to info@ranibageria.com.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded. As Rani Bageria is a very small independent brand we hope you understand.

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

 

Non acceptance of parcels 

Rani bageria will not pay for the return of parcels that have been refused delivery for whatever reason. Arrangements must be made immediately on placing an order for goods to be accepted at the delivery address by yourself/the recipient or by their appointed agent. 

Damaged items

In case you receive a damaged item from us, please e-mail us immediately and we will exchange the item within 14 days.

After 14 days you loose all warranty claims for obvious defects.
