Exchanges and returns
No returns on Made To Order items - for size advice please contact info@ranibageria.com
Shipping and return costs have to be payed by the customer. One exchange is free of charge.
For international purchases shipped by fedex you have to return the item with fedex through customs declaration.
All items - except Made To Order items -purchased on www.ranibageria.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery free of charge. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
You will get a full refund of the goods through your initial payment channel.
