UNDER € 300,- FOLLOWING FEES APPLY and will be added at checkout:

Exchanges and returns

To receive the return label please inform us via a short note to info@ranibageria.com.

For international purchases shipped by fedex we have to return the item with fedex through customs declaration. We will cover the return costs.

All items purchased on www.ranibageria.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery free of charge.  All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
